Owner Todd Long brings 36 years of experience in commercial real estate and a combination of technical and marketing skills that include expertise
in transactions, management, operations and technology. Mr. Long spent 11 years as COO at Carter, the largest full service commercial
real estate firm headquartered in the Southeast. Carter was a developer of Atlantic Station, a 138 acre brownfield remediation and redevelopment
project and site of the world’s first LEEDŽ (Core & Shell) multi-tenant high-rise office tower.
Mr. Long applied this working experience to found TurnKey Sustainability, Inc. in 2007 as major projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International
Airport and Turner Field commenced. In 2011, LiquiCycle was launched with Long as Managing Director. Today, LiquiCycle provides liquid recycling
and alternative reuse services for the largest food and beverage companies in the US.
Todd’s focus is business development as well as program design and management where he promotes the TurnKey "Solutions Group", a key component
of the management and implementation of strategies involving various "best in class" contractors and service providers that are leveraged in program
optimization.
